Based on music made popular in the Tudor Church Music editions, The Phoenix Rising celebrates this remarkable legacy with a programme entirely drawn from these publications, including masterpieces by Byrd, Taverner, Tallis, Gibbons and White. The group will also release a disc of this programme on Harmonia Mundi to add to their award-winning discography.
