The Choir of Clare College, Cambridge embark on their 2016 Christmas tour with their annual performance at St John’s Smith Square on 16 December. Following this the choir gives concerts in Leamington Spa (17 December) and Stowe (18 December) before travelling to the Netherlands.
Whilst in the Netherlands the choir will visit Vlissingen (20 December), Amstelveen (21 December), Apeldoorn (22 December) and Nijmegen (23 December) to perform a programme of festive favourites and lesser-known seasonal pieces by Judith Weir, Roderick Williams and Gabriel Jackson.
Whilst on tour the choir also celebrates the release of its latest CD Mater Ora Filium: Music for Epiphany on Harmonia Mundi.
