The Two Moors Festival started this weekend and will runs until 13th October in Exmoor and Dartmoor, Devon. Ahead of the festival starting, Artistic Director and violinist Tamsin Waley-Cohen spoke with Robert Hugill about the themes and performances in this year’s festival.
