Tonight, soprano Elizabeth Watts sings in Mozart’s Great Mass in C minor at Westminster Cathedral – with The Bach Choir and Britten Sinfonia, conducted by David Hill.

Mozart never finished the Mass, and the reasons are still unclear, but it remains one of his most ambitious and moving works. Towering choruses give way to moments of striking intimacy. The solo passages will be sung by Elizabeth Watts alongside Katherine Gregory, Sam Furness and James Platt.
