On Sunday 20th March, pianist Andreas Boyde will perform movements of Debussy’s iconic Images cycle interspersed with a live screening of the 2012 French Impressionist film ‘Renoir’ (directed by Gilles Bourdos), as part of the It’s All About Piano! Festival.
Both the film and the artist celebrate Impressionist colour, light and atmospheric nature, and each movement of the Debussy will be accompanied by art from the French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
