The first prizewinner of the 10th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in 2018, Can Çakmur’s debut album “Piano Recital” on BIS is nominated in the category of audio solo instrument by the International Classical Music Awards 2020.
The result will be published on 21 January 2020 by ICMA and the Award Ceremony and Gala concert will take place at the Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, Spain, on 30 April 2020, with the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville conducted by John Axelrod.
