Stile Antico celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. On Monday 12th May, the group will perform its 20th Anniversary Gala Concert at the Wigmore Hall in London at 7pm. This sold out concert will also be live streamed – presented by Hannah French.
Stile Antico has never allowed the meaning of its name to stand in the way of innovation or artistic adventure. The conductorless vocal ensemble, a firm favourite at Wigmore Hall, marks its 20th anniversary with soaring Renaissance masterworks, including John Sheppard’s glorious antiphon Gaude, gaude, gaude Maria and a celebratory commission from Cheryl Frances-Hoad.
This concert will be live streamed on the Wigmore Hall website HD. The video will be available on demand for 90 days after the date of the broadcast.
